Utilising the iconic ‘I Want, I Can’ slogan from their infamous 80s campaign, adidas have paid homage to a bygone era with an updated twist.
While the Consortium silhouette boasts all the tech-forward-features that the regular ZX 4000 4D has – e.g. a Primeknit upper and a 4D-printed midsole – the marketing slogan that was used to propel the ZX series forward has now been emblazoned across the upper. While the right foot reads ‘I WANT’ in orange, the left food states ‘I CAN’, so if you want your footwear to turn heads – you can.
This amalgamation of the past and present will be available from select retailers and adidas.com on September 14 for $350.
